This shop simply loves bikes and more importantly knows how to serve their community. It’s a hard time to be an independent bike shop but they keep on trucking. Always making sure their people and city are taken care of.

Such an amazing shop! The staff in there are always super knowledgeable about any questions I have, and have fast turn around whenever my bike needs some work. They also host great community events, biking and non-biking specific. A true gem that I am so glad to have nearby.

The best bike shop in the world!!! More importantly the best shop in the Lehigh valley. They take care of their people and host community events every month- including a weekly group ride. A shop that is truly for the people by the people and means what they say

The staff is always incredibly welcoming, experienced, and knowledgeable! When discussing different bike or gear options, they will run through the pros and cons of each item, without trying to upcharge you for something you don’t need. They’re kind and willing to explain whatever is needed so you can make an informed decision. They also have really cute bags and bottles, and host fun community events throughout the year!

As a cyclist who’s pretty particular about my setup, finding a shop I actually trust is tough. Action Wheels earned it. Jakob was sharp, thorough, and clearly passionate about what he does. Scott the mechanic went above and beyond and the results speak for themselves — my Specialized Aethos rides better than it has in a long time. The whole team is friendly and professional. This is my shop now. Would recommend to anyone looking for a bike shop to get work done or purchase a new bicycle.
